I think this leitmotif is related to open world combat, since it appears in one of all nations' battle themes and when showing the combat skills of a lot of characters in their demos

Don't know if anyone gonna read this but i can say this leitmotif, is also inspired(or in my eyes the successor) of the Honkai Impact 3rd's ost Evo. Please look it up it also a banger and became a staple in genshin's osts. I love the connection
