THAT SOLOIST GUY AT THE START WAS GOOD. I LITERALLY GOT GOOSEBUMPS THROUGHOUT THIS SYMPHONY ON THE LIVESTREAM

You can say about Genshin what you will, but with every new region, the OST is literally the most magical experience. This is art.

You know what I can’t help to think? This made me feel that those who are playing in this orchestration, are real life citizens of Natlan singing their national anthem. This is just incredible.

Yu Peng Cheng said the quality of the music after he retired would be still great, he was right

I love it when you can recognise “Photons of Fluctuations” in every battle theme. It’s such an Iconic motif that reminds you that these amazing experiences, battles are from the beautiful wild world of Teyvat.

My respects to the Hoyo-Mix team.

I like how 6:30 is a reference to the pyro gem's description.

"A pilgrimage for a wish; a battle to earn a name... Burnt to cinders for a dream. If the intention yet remains, achieved [---]'s truth he has."

The composers were told "this is the nation of fire" and they took that to heart

The combination of classical instruments with Latin America and African instruments, added to the Swahili language and the lyrics, are great. We are all different, but music is the point where we can meet and unite. Genshin definitely does not disappoint with the music 🥹🥹

The first song absolutely HAS to feature in the main quest, theres got to be an incredibly dramatic and heartfelt moment where this plays in all its glory!!

I find it ironic how throughout Genshin's storyline, Natlan is the region with the least information we had from when we were in the previous regions, yet it is Natlan's OSTs that is the most informative as it incorporates vocals with lyrics that tell the stories of Natlan. Wonderful masterpieces!

I was the Director for this film. It’s so lovely that everyone’s given it such a warm reception ❤ this is the most ambitious Genshin film that we’ve done at Stagecast. The flames were a LOT of fun! 🔥

I'm Indonesian, when first listening to this on the stream it got me fired up giving a lot of tension, but when turning captions on it struck me and got me teared up a little. Genshin's ost can make you teared up when you know the context when the music is used in the part of story, but this time Hoyo-Mix did a great job got me teared up a little while not even going to Natlan yet. And for the ethnic instruments performer and singer too let's pay them huge respect in preserving their culture and hope the culture they preserving got more attention from the young and further upcoming generation.

THIS IS WHAT MAKES GENSHIN BEAUTIFUL AND WORTH IT! They keep producing these kinds of art that unfortunately a few of the community realizes and is overshadowed by the gacha system. I really appreciate how the orchestra thus far has been a banger and brings the oomph and excitement for every region!

The couple playing the panpipes and flutes at 2:44 are family friends I’ve known for years. Recently their only son has passed away at the age 14 and I can’t imagine the pain they must be feeling. I’m sure he would’ve been immensely proud that they could spread Peruvian culture through such a famous platform. I wish my condolences and nothing but the best for this family and although it’s been years since I’ve seen them, I hope their son can rest peacefully ❤🇵🇪

I am Brazilian, hearing all these instruments from different countries come together to build music and songs that resonates with us is exactly what Brazil itself is: a place where everyone comes together to be one nation.

Whoever came before you and whoever comes after you defines who we are as people. It is they and you that makes our country as diverse as it is today. And this? This makes me feel hope that one day we will curb all stereotypes and the racism that is aimed at us all from both foreigners and within our own countries.

I will be waiting you in Natlan, my friends and neighbors from nearby and from across the sea.

as an African American, I often feel sad and lost when I think about my culture, because it was stripped from us. even basic knowledge of African cultures is esoteric at best, to those who were torn from their home and stripped of name and language.

To those who do have the culture and heritage intact, it is treated like a private affair and outsiders are scorned for wanting to know more.

to see such a powerful cultural representation of African, and Native American as well as various other indigenous tribal cultures, who's lore is kept from our history books, It brings tears to my eyes and makes me feel heard and seen. I love this, and I do not care about how the character design's skin tones look. I care about the love and passion that produced this fine piece of glorious respect!

Would bigots work this hard to put this much thought and culture into into such a robust presentation? No. They wouldn't even want to (much less be able to) start the conversation that birthed such a masterpiece. I'ma listen again and then I am going to go build up more primos for Mualani!!!
