I’ve been making cranberry “tea” for a while. Basically just boil cranberries in water and adding a few slices of lemon sweetened with a bit of honey. Not sure if it has done anything lol, but I can’t remember the last time I got sick.. so who knows..

Tis the season, to buy fresh cranberries and freeze them.  Then add them to your kale shakes.  Just like you can freeze lemons, and greens, freeze cranberries to keep them around all year.

wow I just blended some raw cranberries yesterday and added ground chia and Xylitol, it madea wonderful paste for berg- bread or as a topping with kefir. thanks Dr Berg!

Cranberry juice has been a long time favorite of pot smokers who are subject to UA tests because of the no stick effect. I like to juice fresh cranberries and cherries for the bacterial protection with some sweetness. Thank you Dr Berg.

Or, you can use the supplement D-Mannose. This supplement is just the sugar from cranberries. This sugar is unique, in that it is not digested and does not raise your blood sugar. Interestingly, it's this unique sugar in cranberries that does what Dr. Berg is talking about. The cranberry sugar binds to bacteria as it is flushed through your urinary tract.... which helps prevent UTI's and is a good treatment for UTI's.

We don’t get much cranberries here on island so I usually just order Cranberry with vitamin C pills online. Is this just as effective? Thank you so much Dr. Berg your information is priceless God bless you 🙏🏾

Does cranberry juice affect your Uric acid? I was told cranberry was not good for you if you get gout.

Hello Doc, I m a big fan of yours, though this comment is a bit late but might help those who are screaming for help on treating Psoriasis.. I have seen on one of the FB group that concentrated cranberry juice cleared her psoriasis by taking 1 tbsp a day for 2 months. On your video, you say it prevents microbes on sticking onto our internal organs including intestine. Does it have a great effect on healing psoriasis aside from an immune booster of cranberries. Thank you

Hello Dr berg is cranberry extract 400mg okay during pregnancy ? I’m in 2nd trimester. Gynycolgist has given me antibiotics low dose for daily for all through out my preganacy due to chronic intermittent utis . I am not keen on medication. What do you think of me taking cranberry extract?

I take Naturebell Cranberry supplements. 2 a day at 36, 000 MG of Cranberry per serving. No sugar, just a pill.

Hi again Dr.Berg :) I'm having a problem for months and I don't know what this is and what should I do. when I sleep i have severe back pain but no symptoms at all during the day. Its steadily been getting worse over the last months, I have tried massage, relaxation, new mattress, sleeping positions, stretching exercises, Nothing seems to work. I'm a little scared. Severe pain at night (e.g. pain that wakes me up from deep sleep)Please help me doctor. :(
