So in this video I'm gonna show examples of Julian's basic combos
There are 3 kinds and you can use them for different situations

0:12 The first combo is for team fights.
1:35 The second combo is for 1v1 and escape.
2:52 The third combo can be used to farm fast and kill heroes with no mobility easily.
Damn julian has a lot of potential.

to make it simple, focus using skill 1 for laning or keep on range from enemy, focus using skill 2 to dash atk or diving into turret, focus using skill 3 for cc

2-3-1 for 1v1
3-1-2 or 1-3-2 for escape or chase
1-2-3 or 2-1-3 for team fights
All of the are good combos for me
And all this is before I see the whole video

Possible Counters for Juan:
Constant CC as always
Heroes and Items that has damage reduction (Tanks can buy Radiant while other role can buy Athenas)
Skills that deals burst and also quick to cast so it doesn't get cancelled by Juan's pull passive
CC Immune

what's interesting about julian is that even with 2 def item and 3 magic item he still deals devastating dmg.
His 3 enhanced skills help him adapt to any situation (not "every" situation tho) pair that up with his enhanced attacks and low cd for another combo, with the hp growth being slightly high.
Has immunity, ranged dmg, and cc.
the thing that makes him balanced is his skills being easy to dodge once you see the area though.

For teamfight: 1-2-3
For jungle creeps : 2-3-1
For 1v1, regen, and clearing lane also securing objective: 1-3-2

Kimmy has the highestattack speed
And Juan has the most spammable kits

The combo doesn't depend on what's next, it is based on what skill you will use last

Enhance 1st skill for poking
Enhance 2nd skill for 1vs1
Enhance 3rd skill for clash

(My opinion only)

I prefer the third combo the most for surprise ambushes
since you can hop out of a bush with 2 then hit 3, executing with 1
