This build is Luigi + Teddy Buggy + GLA Tires + Paper Glider. It's like waluigi wiggler but with +1 mini turbo and a lot more invincibility. JPGiviner said it's the best, and it's really good!

I did like this combo when I tried it, however I felt that the mini turbo stat was just slightly too low for my taste so I instead like to pick things that sacrifice the one point in speed for a point of mini turbo. Birdo, mach 8, roller, gold glider is what I like using as of late. Invincibility isn't as high but it never seemed to effect anything enough to justify investing in it too much.
