Clicked on this as I thought it might be for her new DVD - as it is I own her first three already and after 4 months am utterly in love. Too many ballet DVDs are not created by ballerinas and will exercise and bulk the wrong muscles, and the NYC ballet workouts were too much faffing around for me. Bowers' workouts are simple, laser-focused on the areas I want and very effective (she brings the burn). Also love the light studio, chilled bach in the background - too many workouts are all 'let's go girls' with irritating pumped up club music. Highly recommend.

I want to try these! At 1:13 it reminded me to Callanetics (apart from being similar exercises when it comes to the "look" you get) because of the 2 DVD titles "Classic 60 min Workout" / Callanetics 10 in 10 (1 hour workout) and the "Blast Series"/Quick callanetics Series

shes pretty, really fit, and got a pretty sunny smile, and the white leo makes her look even more light and airy almost angelic, though theatrical dance can be anything but behind the scenes, the girls can be catty, and its rough, dirty, tireing, and demanding trying to get the move and emotion right for a role in a performance. thats behind the scene though
