I’ve searched sooo many recipes to find one like how my mom made it with peanut butter and Mama Sita’s packet and finally saw this! How many cups of beef broth did you pour in? Was that beef shank and how many lbs? How many tsp of annatto seeds to how much water to make the liquid? You are the only one I’ve found ever who sautés garlic and onions with the Bagoong like my mom did. I have to bring a small container of it with me when I go out to eat filipino food bc I don’t like the taste of it right out of the jar. It must be sautéed with garlic and onions! Sorry for the questions. I’m 2nd Generation Filipina and my mom is so elderly now she can’t remember enough to teach me.
