Don't be lazy about returning items to store that you no longer need after purchasing them.

I purchased a home in a gated community a few months ago. I started speed walking/ light jogging in my little neighborhood last month, and I love it! I'm way more motivated because I don't have to psyche myself into packing a gym bag and hitting the road. It's quick and easy, plus I save on gas too 😊

I started doing that most recently! I’m a PEETs coffee person. I bought it on sale at Costco for around $12 bucks. I grind my beans and make it myself ❤️❤️❤️

I closed my Massage Envy Membership, Gym Membership, Cable Service, i do my own nails, eyebrows, I shop at Costco and Grocery Outlet and stopped eating out as much ✔️✔️✔️

I don't have an expensive coffee machine, but I brew coffee at home, pack my lunch errryday for work, rarely eat out. I walk to work when I can(free). Frugal (cheap) is my middle name. But also those coins save allow me to travel worldwide for about a month every year. I buy my groceries and cook my own meals, I can not afford those prepared meal services. Cooking is an enjoyable pastime for me. Cut back where you can, it adds up quickly.

We found that buying essentials in bulk and not just sporadically helps on time going to and from the store and helps our budget.

I dont drink coffee, I use 5gl of water which I refill for $35c a gallon, I cook at home all my meals, I have a budget, I have a shopping list, I buy clothes and shoes as needed, pets are in a budget, too. I workout at home, this is how my husband and I paid $320 k in 2.5 years, obviously we work like maniacs and use the snowball. ❤

Eat your veggies! I have friends that have community gardens. I pick veggies from their properties, prepare them at home. I save big on groceries, eat fresh, and feel healthier. Being healthier contributes to me being wealthier.

If your bank is not close to where you are bank elsewhere or go into the grocery store and get cash back from the register with purchase or customer service without a purchase. I do it a lot and pay zero fees ❤

I put more money into my pocket by learning how to make things myself. I do a lot of food prepping to cut back on having unnecessary doctor bills later, health conscious. I make my own laundry soap, and I've done so for a year now. Literally have only spent 12.00 on Arm & Hammer Wash Soap, Borax and Kirk's Soap, do the math. The only thing I've had to buy more of is the soap and I get it from Big Lot. I don't have any cable subscription or internet. I use my Hotspot for now. I watch movies on YouTube. I live a very frugal life and still enjoy travels, rec activities etc. I agree with you Anthony, I workout at home, and walk at local parks. ❤

I go on Pinterest all the time to get recipes to cook at home. I’ve made some delicious go to meals that I can have as leftovers. I give myself about $100-$150 a month for eating out and entertainment and use it within reason.

Alot of wasted money in my household comes from laziness, boredom and the occasional convenience such as buying paper plates so i dont have more dishes but it def adds up.

Good morning, Mr. O'Neal,
I just watched your show a few minutes ago. Monday 7/15/2024. I find it not to be a coincidence being as though I just finished my book and really was seeking God on did I hit everything needed to help those who would read. Well, you gave me my confirmation, and I am now subscribed to your channel😂. I do have another thing people should get rid of "STORAGE UNITS." We got rid of ours, going on two years, and we have been blessing people with all of our stuff. The Holy Spirit delt with me about everything you said in this video, and I have been walking it out for about 5 years now. I also teach free classes to our community on how to Save Money, Save Time, and Eat Healthier. I'm on a straight mission. This was very encouraging. Thank you🎉

If you’re an Iced chai tea fan, get you some Masala Chai blend, light oat milk, cinnamon and ice cubes. Or make your own chai if you have time.
