Congrats to everyone but does this also cover the Federal employees? Not only the federal contractors but the employees hired by the federal government? That is a huge group of people who aren't being mentioned in this situation very much?

how on earth does it make sense to seat in a restaurant with multiple strangers eating with no mask but a employee has to wear one or a delivery person that’s just coming in to grab something and leave has to wear a mask or if your just grabbing a to go you have to wear a mask. in my mind those people in there have higher risk of exposure than a person just walking in and out of there.
