Dear Pastor Bob: I’ve always been a big fan of Heavy Metal music. My taste consisted of Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Alice Cooper, Dokken, Black Sabbath, Ronnie James Dio, etc. So my question is; what Christian Heavy Metal bands would you recommend that would relate to the type of music I listen to? So far, Stryper is the only Christian band I’ve listened too. I’ve been following you on YouTube. That’s how I discovered you.

After watching Immortal Fest I have been enjoying classic bands like Saint, Deliverance, Stryper.
Newer projects like Theocracy, Worldview, Reign of Glory, Chaotic Resemblance and a current favorite is Demon Hunter and Skillet among others. There is a lot of great music out there.

I wasn't aware of how extensive the Christian Metal community was until I played in Slaves Wage. We did so many festivals with so many great bands, I've made some great friends along the way.

Theocracy, Living Sacrifice, Extol, Bloodlines, and many more I rock too. Strypers "to hell with the devil" was one song that got me jamming to the Lord. So cool. Praising the Lord and headbanging all the way 😂😊 ❤ just perfect especially when stressed and discouraged. Just always gets me back on fire for the Lord everytime :) especially your podcasts. Great video Bob, I myself find myself listening to more and more Christian Metal, I do still like KISS, I need to tell you that Paul Stanleys sister Julia when she lived in Albuquerque had been attending the Calvary Chapel there and she went up and Pastor Skip led her in the prayer of Salvation, also I am friends with Vinnie Vincent and have been praying for his salvation and he always tells me he loves your videos and all the other inspitational posts I make, God Bless you.

Hey i was in this Christian f book group. They did not like the metal i was posting, was caling it secular, i think they ment it was not American.There are nice Christian metal in Europé and Asia.I prefere when they mix synfonic and metal.
