Very well-done video! This is a realistic story on living on $32k a year. I get so sick of the videos showing people saving thousands a month and it turns out they get money from their rich parents all the time.

It was nice to see someone with a budget similar to mine

I don't know why I love this video so much. The composed tone and clarity of thought of the speaker or the humility of the middle class upbringing. So heart warming to see such youngsters.

I love seeing more "regular" income earners, the making 750k types are interesting and all but I want to see what normal Americans are doing with their money

Stupendous advice on crypto! But note If you're giving your all to someone, and it's not enough, you're giving it to the wrong person.

I'm in Spokane Washington and for most of my life I've made less than 40k. Most years much less... My total monthly outflow is about $1000 a month. Medical insurance, gas and food make up the majority of my expenditures. My number is so low because I'm a tightwad and saved my money hard. What money that I have spent has been to set myself up for low monthly expenses. I retired in late 2019 at 44 years old. My retirement savings are minimal and in spite of the market crashing and suffering massive losses I'm still able to stay retired because I make sacrifices that few do. Hopefully my retirement savings will get back to a comfortable level in the next few years.
