Not sure why everybody is saying that the Enterprise 3D drone hasn’t arms which are foldable. There are separation lines on the arms. They could either fold or are removable.

I believe that Mini4 is needed to comply with European EASA regulations.

The Mini's (both) cannot be sold within EASA countries from January 1st 2024 as they don't have C0 class marking.

DJI certified the Mini3's as a C0 but that requires a change to the Fly app. When this change was made there was a backlash from owners and in 2 days DJI reversed the change. Without this change the Mini3's cannot have the C0 class marking.

The solution for DJI is to have a new drone, the Mini4, that complies from launch with all requirements of the C0 class.

Btw I also believe that the Mini4 will not be a Pro version as the restrictions of the C0 class will scare away the pilots that want a more capable drone. Maybe later and for the US market a Pro version can be launched.

In fact in terms of European market the replacement of the Mini3 Pro is the Air3 C1.
