It is an HTTP-based protocol that functions by rearranging the overall audio video stream into smaller sequences of HTTP-based file downloads.

hey there, I actually wanted to stream my live camera feed of a raspbian equipped raspberry pi zero w so i wanted to know how can i stream without any software...

Who invented HLS? I'm from Uzbekistan. I always downloaded clips from the VK program. Now this HLS has appeared. Can't download clips. Is there any program against it?
