Goma At Home: Our Home Specialty Cheesy Baked Scallops

We always entertain people at home so our long time cook, Lisa, has mastered many different recipes. One of our most favorite dish is her Cheesy Baked Scallops.

Today, I asked Lisa to make it with me. This recipe is so easy and quick. You will need these few ingredients : Scallops, Cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pepper and Worcetershire sauce.

Love scallops! Sear both sides (2 minutes each) in butter, and prepare cheese jalapeño on the side for a dip. Yuuuummm.

I just love scallops. I usually put minced garlic, a bit of butter, and quick melt cheese when I bake them, but your version looks much simpler but very tasty. I’m excited to try it. More power and God bless!
