Goma At Home: Chicken And Chorizo Paella

For this episode, we are preparing a hearty and filling rice dish that is made with a variety of meat, vegetables and spices. Join me as I make my Chicken and Chorizo Paella recipe using Doña Elena Olive Oil. I used the Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil to cook the Paella and for added flavor and aroma, I drizzled it with Doña Elena Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
