I am so thankful to have come of age in the 70's and 80s before every mistake I made could be broadcast for the world to see. I love that there are absolutely no surviving photographs of my childhood and that I could be obscure. It must be difficult to be young in this hostile world!

The difference was fewer people went against the grain back then, but I'm sure plenty of them realized exactly what you thought your generation pioneered. I get that every generation wants to stake a claim to something, but this ain't it.

I agree. If you ask anyone who knows me what I want they will tell you "he wants to be able pay his bills and have a garden". It's that simple. My bills paid gives my kids what they need, my garden drives us all time together. I can't ask for more.

Not caring about labels is a terrible way. Without labels we don't have a proper structure for literally anything. She's seems like she's trying to make a case to prove millennials somehow know things better, while simultaneously showing she doesn't actually know much about anything

Well, I see millennials as having parents that do everything for them, doing things like buying them 🏘 houses and being an enabler has led to a culture that feels entitled to everything and everyone.

Who says fast ans easy equals fullfilled? If anything it's millennial that try to do things fast and easy and thinking that it equals fulfilled, while the past generations taught patients is a virtue and hard work pays off
