How to change miles to KMs distance on Garmin Forerunner and Fenix watches

Quickly change the miles to KMs on your Garmin Forerunner or Fenix GPS running watch. Garmin Connect isn't enough to make the changes in some circumstances so with a very settings tweaks you'll be on your way to altering the distance easily.

Thank you very much! I was able to change some things to kilometers instead of miles but using your method I was able to convert every single thing all in one go and now I don't have to worry about figuring out how many miles to run based on some math formula lol

Hi, after "units" it shows "metric" and not distance. But when I click "metric", it takes me back to "unit", please help.
