I absolutely LOVE this meditation. This is the 3rd time I have used it since I found it a couple of days ago, and each time, by its end, physically my whole body is vibrating and especially in my chest and forehead.
Emotionally and mentally, I feel relaxed, refreshed, excited, confident, and peaceful after it also.
