The Flint Hills nearly broke me | La Grind 2023

This is a two day stage race but there is also an option to only race one day. There is something for everyone with this one. They offer a 30 mile, 50 mile and 100 mile option on Saturday and then a stage race where you can race 100 on Saturday and 65 on Sunday. The atmosphere for the event is a lot of fun and the sponsors of the event donate a lot of prices. But the thing that makes this event special, is where the proceeds go. Proceeds from the event go to Handlebars of Hope, a non for profit organization that collects bike donations and works to fix them up and donate them to people in need. The work they are doing is truly amazing. Thanks again to everyone involved with making this a special event!
