This Agency threatened to doxx a Vtuber!

In a not so unexpected turn, we have Wactor, now 910 inc threatening to Doxx a vtuber who decided to not join them anymore. The vtuber is DevilNyaa, and they responded to all the mudslinging with receipts. Some of the current talents came out to defend and deflect, but it didn't turn out so well.
We have in lighter news, Doki commenting on the new powerpuff girls leaked show, which was trashy looking

Until today Wactor hasn't changed at all, even though they've changed their brand, they still continue to be a much more than a black company with the same contract that they have and also as some people always says: old habits never die

A few thing to say:

1. Don’t try to enter a different market that has never been the focus with just one talent, that’s just gonna cause said talent to feel isolated.

2. The dogpiling by current members kinda suggests that their work environment is being driven by toxic competitiveness between talents. They may say that they like to collaborate with each other, but who’s to say that those collaborations aren’t clique collaboration or done so out of competitiveness? There’s also a chance that they could also be saying this, but then do a backstab once a collaborated talent quit and Wactor decided said talent is an enemy now.

3. They said that their current contract is made in mind with issues from past mistakes, all I can see so far feels like the only thing they have done is adding clauses that would excuse the actions that causes them problems in the first place. Like adding that clause where they can doxx.

Can... Someone fact check that are they allowed to do that, either way it's a VERY bad look on their reputation when they literally had a part in their contracts that basically said "hey we can DOX YOU, if you leave" this is horrible to do to anyone and doesn't give any of a good look

Not entirely sure, so please feel free to correct me, but I looked and 910inc (Wactor) seems to be a Japanese company yes? If so, the good news is if they were to actually doxx anyone, they'd end up in court very quickly. Japan takes doxxing very seriously. So if they are smart they won't actually ever do it. But hopefully the VTubers will report them for the threat to the Labor Standards office. If it's in Tokyo, they could report them to the Shinjuku branch. But which specific brand does depend on the location of their office.

It doesn't matter if they have that as a clause in their contract, likely they put it there to try to prevent people from reporting the company. But it's 100% illegal in Japan either way and that clause is what is considered an invalid clause. Many companies try to put clauses to make them seem legitimate in contracts (not just VTuber, all jobs in Japan), but those clauses do not supercede the law.
