Thanks for this video. Did you have to pre-soak the lentils before putting them in the Instant Pot, or not at all?

Unfortunately, metal steel whisks scratch the protective non-stick coating of the pot, which comes with instructions to avoid using metal utensils.
I recommend using a silicone or silicone-coated whisk instead.
