This is fantastic news for tiny homeowners looking for legal states to park their homes. This is also great for state property tax dollars. Last week I actually called my state Rep in NY about just this. I'm a realtor here and I've seen our kids just priced out of the market, with no hope of owning. We are somewhat rural, so no great paying jobs, but the vacation home buyers love us. If it's affordable, it's getting snapped up for Airbnb.

I think it will spread, solves many issues: 1) Housing Affordability (young people to retirees), 2) Tiny Manufacturers/Builders (should press for it), 3) Helps to alleviate homelessness (A problem for many municipalities), 4) A Proven Growing Market (like it or not they will have to address it).
