Do you have a customer with multiple invoices or multiple customers you want to email at once?

Time to learn about “Batches.” 😊

In this video, learn how to email multiple invoices at once from QuickBooks.

➡️ Steps to Emailing Multiple Invoices at Once in QuickBooks:

Go to Customer Center
Checkmark “Email Later”
**Make sure all invoices you want to send are checkmarked “Email Later”

Click “Save & Close”


➡️ Two Ways to Send Emails

1 ~ Directly send it when invoice is open

Go up to Email
“Batch”
Checkmark the invoices you want to send
Click “Send Now”


2 ~ Send forms

Go up to “File”
“Send Forms…”
Checkmark the invoices you want to send
Click “Send Now”


➡️ Verifying Email Address

**When you click on an invoice you will see their email in the “To:” area before sending

I have a customer who complains about receiving multiple invoices in individual emails. (one invoice, one email). Is there a way to "batch" all the invoices I will be sending into one email? I have QB 2017 Pro.

Can you send one email with all invoices attached? When I send a batch of invoices to one specific customer, they receive like 50 different emails each with an invoice, rather then 1 email with all invoices attached.

Candus Kampfer how can you set up a customer to where everytime an invoice is created for them a copy of it is automatically emailed to them. Specifically we use a scheduling program that creates an invoice then we post it from that program to QB, I want the QB invoice copy to automatically be emailed to the customer each time i post an invoice, thank you mam!

It worked for the invoices. But the new message I wrote did not appear, only the default message. Which I did not know until a week later when I checked the sent folder and caused a lot of frustration with me and my clients. Other than going into admin mode. Can you change the message when sending multiple invoices?

re checking email later after they have been already sent.... this dosent not help. We have 200 invoices that never got sent and need to be resent. How do I do that?
