Tried this. It doesnt work. The pasta isnt cooked enough in 20 minutes. Still hard and crispy

This recipe will fail completely. For it to work, you could do either of these things-1. Let the dish cool completely and get cold and then invert it and reheat it after inverting or 2. Toss your boiled rigatoni in parmesan or finely shredded mozzarella and then put it in the cup.
