Refreshing to watch a pure point gaurd again. It’s becoming a lost art.

He is an asset for the team. This is a kind of a player you always want to be in a team. Very unselfish player.

He plays like he's been with the team for a long time, but it's incredible that they've only been playing together for a few weeks.

A point guard that really looks to find players and set them up is refreshing. Solid signing. Hope to see Yuki and Zach succeed. Memphis is looking good

Yuki and Jay Huff have a good dynamic going. That pass when Huff was underneath the basket with a reverse layup was a beautiful thing. to watch. Nothing more disarmingly selfless than a point guard in his truest form. The idea that at every turn your objective is to turn your shooting teamate into a human highlight real (when you in fact are doing the trick) is something to be in awe of.

And he's five freakin' eight!

2:23 is insane, drawing two defenders and a third from the wing with a no look pass, rooting for him to go insane and drop 52 points like IT on the Celtics

He had great synergy with the team, great passer and great court awareness. Just have to be consistent with 3s.

It's fun to watch players be underestimated because of their height and then blow people away. Reminds me of Muggsy Bogues.

Kawamura is so refreshing to watch as a pass first point guard. That’s rare to find these days since guards want to be scorers all around. Yuki gives me a lot of Jason Williams and Rajon Rondo. Lots of great no looks with an insane pass IQ, and he seems to carry himself really well considering what he did for team Japan in the Olympics almost beating France. Whatever the Grizzlies do with him, there’s a bright future and Ja can compliment his game really well if they can both make it work on the court. Eddy with Yuki is gonna be fun to watch for Memphis

Looks really good. Let's see if he has the longevity now and can do it when it really matters! Good luck to him!
