Wow, I saw him playing well during the Olympics but in these clips I’m seeing even more of his game. He’s 5’8 and boxing people out after making a pass down the lane. Sheesh, he is fundamentally sound and going to continue to be very exciting to watch. He’s a bad, bad man on that court. Love it!

Watching the way Yuki moves, reorients defenders, passes, and creates space I see flashes of Jason Kidd. His passes are simply amazing. A point guard like Yuki can fit on any team because he's also playing defense.

I remember him making such a good impression against my beloved Baguette country that I was almost rooting for Japan during that game. I was really happy he got the NBA attention as he clearly desserved a try at least and even more happy that his exceptionnal skillset and IQ can translate well in a sports full of beasts.
