Microsoft To-Do and Google Tasks are productivity apps that help you record, organize, and complete tasks. They are similar, but there are several interesting differences that we will discover as we walk through this comparison.

I am a power Google user but Tasks is really cheap and needs a lot of more functions to work better with mail, keep, sheets, drive etc.

Opening Google Tasks in Google Calendar makes much more sense. You can drag tasks on the calendar canvas, it's extremely convenient.

Just a few mins in and see this is a good overview. MS ToDo is powerful, but would prefer something in my Calendar rather than a separate agenda view app "My Day".

Great Overview sir! I've been using Keep for awhile but it isn't cutting it as an app to manage client requests. It's pretty silly how To Do doesn't have a calendar entry so looks like Tasks is the winner. Hopefully they add an overview like To Do and pinning files would be handy

So to add to my comment. I think we have a TASK object that persists over definite/indefinite time. TASK objects have a Date attributes with Reminder functions. Since TASK objects can persist over indefinite periods, i.e. "Todo someday" a Day view is not necessary. What is preferable is to see a calendar with those TASKs with associated dates (e.g. Google's implementation).

Hi
Thanks for the Video. Ohne short input.
In Microsoft to do you can share a list and if you do that you can assign a task to another person.
I use this functionallity with my family a lot. More than the calendar feature.
