Power your home safely with a portable generator !

We had a lot of thunderstorms all across Florida recently, and I woke up this morning to make breakfast, and we had just lost power. We do not have gas at the house, unfortunately, so we rely on electricity for pretty much everything in the kitchen. I decided to put the EcoFlow Delta 2 to the test this morning by filming myself while I make Breakfast. 

I do have a portable gas generator that I can connect to my home for extended power outages. However, that would be overkill just to make a meal considering the power was going to be restored within a few hours. This is a great device that can be used for emergency purposes, camping, tailgating, and just about any other Application where you need portable power that is clean and efficient. It’s nice because you can charge it from your vehicle as well as with solar panels. You can also charge it from your standard 120 V outlet and it’s one of the fastest recharging solar generators on the market.

Can I ask who you used to install your system? I’m in Pines and I can’t find any reliable electricians

The problem with these interlocks is that they do not disconnect the neutral from the street grid and 60 +/- VAC back feeds on the neutral that when it feeds back thru the transformer on the pole can still kill a lineman.

How about you get all the gas generators and and now just get myself one electric generator then I use my solar panels to charge it.

how about if you give the people some good advice if they’re going to be spending that kind of money…. And that is automatic transfer from a whole house generator……

That’s not a transfer switch that’s an interlock not sure what air conditioner that little 7500 W peak is going to run unless it’s a window unit maybe. Yes interlock are awesome and they’re cheap.
