Όπως αναφέρουν ξένα μέσα ενημέρωσης, η Κρατική εταιρεία πετρελαίου της Λιβύης, έθεσε σε κατάσταση «Force majeure», δηλαδή ανέστειλε λόγω ανωτέρας βίας, τις εργασίες, τις αποστολές αργού πετρελαίου, από τους τερματικούς σταθμούς Es Sider και Ras Lanuf, οι οποίοι και είναι ο μεν πρώτος, ο μεγαλύτερος εξαγωγικός της χώρας και ο δεύτερος, ο τρίτος μεγαλύτερος, προκαλώντας και πάλι σοβαρή κρίση στις εξαγωγές, κάτι που σημαίνει ότι αυτή τη στιγμή, η Λιβύη παράγει περίπου το 1/3 από ότι παρήγαγε πέρσι τον ίδιο καιρό, δημιουργώντας ασφυκτική πίεση στην παγκόσμια αγορά, καθώς οι κυρώσεις της Δύσης, έναντι των εξαγωγών πετρελαίου της Ρωσίας, έχουν φέρει πολλές χώρες στα πρόθυρα της ενεργειακής πτώχευσης.
Στα δημοσιεύματα, προστίθεται βέβαια, ότι και το κοίτασμα El Feel, βρίσκεται και αυτό εδώ και αρκετό χρονικό διάστημα, σε κατάσταση «Force majeure», οξύνωντας ακόμα περισσότερο το πρόβλημα.
Όπως λοιπόν όλα δείχνουν, ο Ιούλιος θα είναι ο καθοριστικός μήνας, για την ενεργειακή επάρκεια, τουλάχιστον στις χώρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, οι οποίες αν και έλεγαν ότι τα είχαν όλα υπό έλεγχο, τελικά τίποτα δεν έλεγχαν, απλώς λαϊκίζανε, λέγοντας ψέματα στους λαούς τους.

So, as everything indicates, July will be the decisive month, for energy sufficiency, at least in the countries of the European Union, which although they said they had everything under control, in the end they did not control anything, they were just popularizing, lying to their people .
