How to Fix This Site Can't Be Reached Problem in Windows 10 | ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED in Chrome

You've mostly faced this error ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED in your Google chrome browser or When you are attempting to open a website on your computer but it does not work, you try again.
