It's finally here!! 🖤 Round 2 in my series of Taylor Swift workouts to "The Tortured Poets Department"! I knew when I filmed round one that I was going to want to do a second one because there were SO MANY amazing songs to choose from (she is a lyrical genuis!). After having more time with this album since my first video, I have fallen even more in love with it so I was really happy to include the songs I did in this one.

This all standing no repeat HIIT cardio workout is beginner-friendly and includes modifications for any jumping exercises. As usual, there is a warm-up and cool down (6 min combined) and then the workout is 15 minutes. So, in total this will be a little over 20 minutes of activity.

It's so hard for me to not sing the entire time but it's the only way I can catch my breath lol FYI: singing to "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived" was incredibly therapeutic 😂

3 minute warm-up:
- 30 seconds back to back

15 minute no repeat cardio:
- 45 seconds on
-15 seconds off

3 minute cool down:
- 30 seconds back to back

i almost cried doing the smallest man who ever lived. so cathartic!! i've been working out to your videos for months now, but this is the routine that easiest to my exercise-induced asthma. i prefer standing cardio workouts, so more of this please!!!!

Audrey, I cannot, and when I say I cannot, I cannot express my joy and happiness when I get the notification!!!! I just did it rn and I am proud of myself for being dedicated to this Taylor Swift workout series. Usually, I would not complete a normal workout cuz it was boring and I couldn't bring myself to do it. but this is a real blessing I'm so encouraged and I keep telling myself to do these so I can move freely when going to the eras tour if I get the chance.

First time I respond to a YouTube video ever, but today I must. This workout was therapeutic energizing at the same time; the psychosomatic release after the ball slams to The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived was so needed and intense (I sobbed) and good.
