This caller was sacked as a civil servant after he spoke to James O'Brien about government corruption back in July. He says he has no regrets, but the Nadhim Zahawi tax scandal proves "nothing has changed" since then.

This video clip is from a LBC show presented by James O'Brien on January 23rd 2023.

Now, if anyone is confused by the definition of who a patriot is, then this man is your answer.

This man is a hero. The British civil service is the lesser without him.

So much admiration for this guy, we need more like him to stand up to the corruption that is ruining this country at this moment in history.

Feeling sorry for this man who had the courage to do the right thing and paid a heavy price.

A true Civil Servant. Honesty, integrity, humility. Frankly, we don’t deserve him.

I cried listening to this, . That man has been betrayed by the country he pledged his life to serve. Our country is an embarrassment.

"true public service" too right. Corruption and authoritarianism requires enablers. Glad this caller refused to be one.

If we had more like this guy, the country wouldn't be in the mess it's in.

When a civil servant who has served for 17 years calls Britain a corrupt and failed state...then we are in trouble. It's a disgrace that he was persecuted for being honest. Bojo couldn't pay his bills because he has so many wives, mistresses, baby mama's and endless kids to feed .

Stuart should be offered a very senior job within the Civil Service for his service to the country, or at least be given serious compensation for his whistle-blowing activities.

One man shows more guts in this phone call than this government has done in the entire past 12 years.

It happens all the time in public service. If you don’t toe the line, you are 'encouraged' to leave. I was lucky. My inept bosses tried to sack me for doing nothing more than standing my ground on an issue but eventually had to pay me off into early retirement. Many of my ex-colleagues are desperately unhappy but have families and homes to think about. Our whole system is broken because our leaders have normalised corruption and self-interest. I despise them all.

Utmost respect to you Stuart. I am so sorry for what has happened to you. Thank goodness there are individuals like you in this country who stand up against such corruption and highlight the extreme danger our country is in as a result of these self-serving criminals.
