False breakouts are fairly common in stock markets. Using price action strategies we can trade these false breakouts successfully. #priceactiontradingstrategy #stockmarket

Look for a strong bullish momentum/candle into resistance.
Wait for the price take out the extreme highs of resistance ,so that more traders will buy the breakout.
Wait for the false break pattern when the price makes a sudden reversal and closes below resistance.
Take a short trade on the next candle’s open keeping Stop Loss above the high of retest candle.
