I’ve taken with medium glass of water ~12.5mg (based on my tincture it’s 25drops, yours may be different) with 3/4tsp of ascorbic acid (vitamin c) for both color reduction and added benefit.

I slowly swirl (2-3 minutes) and the color reduces 90% then I gulp it down.

41 year old male, 180 lbs 5’8.

In decent shape, I’m kinda thick. Started jiujitsu 3 months ago. Have a 4 year old and 4 month old. Pure blood. Former smoker of tobacco and devils lettuce. Ginger.

The energy I’ve REGAINED as well as the mood moderation (mood mod probably helped by jiujitsu) is just incredible.

Also notices definite reduction in recovery from the constant minor injury’s from BJJ (slipped ribs, sprains, general soreness).

I take it again when my pee goes back to normal. Roughly 3 days.

Has anyone else experienced a crash a few hours after taking it. I just have to lie down and go to sleep for at least an hour. Each time I’ve taken about 10mg

How long does it take to kick in? I’m on day 5 and I don’t feel any better. I’ve been suffering with long Covid CFS for 3 years, brain fog, MCAS. I’m hoping and praying this will be a piece of the puzzle that will help me. I just want my energy back. 🙏🏻

I started taking two drops twice per day this week and I felt the energy enter my body right away. I felt energy but not jittery like coffee makes you. I did notice I was a little short with my son, which I'm normally not, so I'll have to work into it a little slower, but it does give you energy!

I’ve noticed that the liquid doses people discuss are not at all standardized, then when you talk about using tablets the gloves are off. This should be taken seriously by an expert in dosing… nuanced, sophisticated dosing information is needed. This is an important OTC med. Also, little to no discussion of MB for autism. If a side effect of vaccines and “vaccines” is mitochondrial damage, then a discussion is required. Probably can’t be done on YouTube.

Indeed my body still feels exhaustion while the brain is more active, focused @ 10 drops in H2O immediate following with Lipsomal Vit C, no blue crowns or anywhere in the oral cavity, crashing about 7 hours later.

What would advise for someone who has long covid that got shakey and jumpy off the get go. No chronic fatigue but rather the opposite

For me the sweet spot is about 4 to 5 mg. Anything beyond that I get a bit shaky, with vertigo and it's rather unpleasant once I get close to say 10 to 12 mg. About 4.5mg is optimal for me and with that dosage I see a very noticeable improvement as a nootropic. My focus is so much better, I'm less anxious, I'm overall happier, and I notice I have a little more endurance for running long distance as well
