So I went to a shake shack for this first time this summer (we don’t have one where I’m at) and get this: it was super busy and they only had one person taking orders, so we ordered from a kiosk. Typed in our order, started to pay, and it asked for a tip when I ordered from a literal ROBOT. Come on, they’re expecting me to tip a kiosk now 🙄

they do not make living wages without your tips. so if you are to lazy to make your own food then yes you need to tip! but truthfully you shouldn’t get fast food and you should boycott these businesses that treat their employees like slaves

Not all all. If you get poor service you should not tip. Meaning if they are rude. Rude gets no tips.
