It seem like Turkey always undermine Russia coming with negotiations when Ukrain is in trouble to help them gaining time, and re-arm; Russia should just focus on pushing for regime change, because Ukrainians are their neighbors at the end of the day, and that fact will never change they will need a neutral regime that will ensure no military threats at their border, and choose someone who genuinely want to live in peace like Belaruss or their Asians' side neighbors do.
