Mass Transfer Contacts in Salesforce.com using the Appexchange

VisualForce Page and Tab to enable mass transfer of contacts from one user to another user. Some of the available features are up to five lines of selection criteria, select/unselect contacts in results, and optionally send an eMail to new owner.
