You could well be right that prices go down a bit or stay the same. Would be good in that council rates would not keep going up as much. Overseas migration and people moving interstate to QLD will have a big impact. Will be interesting to see how it pans out.

The last significant property crash occurred in 2007/2008, and despite recent market trends showing consistent increases, I believe we are on the brink of another crash. My prediction is that this will happen by September 2024.

Property fundamentals are being ignored, everyone is an expert now, people at my work have rental props and still owe on the family home, plus yearly OS trips...rental yields are under 2% clear , PE is overbought...all markets return to fundamental value eventually..
