1. Housing Scam
When you write a message for a house on legit online portals. Sometimes you will get a message that you have to pay money as deposit if you want to see the house or the key will be given to you if you pay.
✅️ Don't pay any money unless you sign the contract or you have seen the house yourself.

2. Call from Govt Scam
I got a call many times from someone claiming to work in electricity office Hamburg or foreigner office Berlin or someone from police saying that my account has been blocked because I didn't pay the bill. (⛔️ I have never registered in these cities) So there is no chance I have to pay anything to them. After trying to threaten you that you have defaulted they ask for your bank details your customer number. They say that just this one number will unblock you. Don't panic or fall prey.
✅️ Don't ever give your personal details over phone to anybody calling randomly. If you have done something wrong you will get a letter from the government office NEVER a call.

3. Online Shop Scam
Around Black Friday (November) you will see many websites selling electronics at cheaper rate compared to well known shops like Saturn or media markt. My husband bought a tab from this website because it looks just like a normal website. The catch is, while making payment, you have to transfer money instead of making online payment.
So he transfered the money and 2 days after that the whole site vanished from internet.
We went to the police but police said such things are common and it is not possible to identify the scammer. The bank took 10€ to reverse the transaction but it was never reversed. They said it is possible only in first 5 mins 🥲 Are you kidding me 😑 why would I make a transaction if I know it's a scam 🤦‍♀️
✅️ Make online payment only with buyer protection through PayPal, eBay Amazon etc. Don't transfer money to any site because it's not reversible.
