That wasn’t the question or the point of the analogy. It was an analogy to describe the limitations of science. Alex never made the claim that religion explains the origins of the universe.

I love this. I'm an atheist just like Alex and I have no issue admitting there are things science does not know and might never know. And then making a joke about it. That's just pure confidence.
