The guy doesn't look that big but I doubt many people have any idea how strong you have to be to essentially military press a human being. She had great balance but even if she only weighs around 120 it's just different than hoisting a barbell. Fun to watch. Cheerleaders are athletes in their own right.

Not that this needs to be focused on at all, really... but fact is any cheerleader could grab the ball once lifted by their teammate, Difference is tho that they have to be brave to be lifted up. That does take courage. So, when they fearlessly go up to get the ball for the players. That is clappable. 👏
