I come from Allied management and I can guarantee you that we actually bill our clients $60+/hr and pay our guards $18-$20/hr

A local company in our area tried to get their foot in the door at a local annual event. The organizers were desperate, less than 2 weeks before. The people doing it before were doing it basically volunteer. 1 you need to know ya employee cost per hour and cost per location.... always do it as if it's always overtime. find out what ya over head is. find out what ya taxes are. whatever you pay the employee times it by 3 is ya break even after all the employee tax pay crap. DO it at OVER TIME RATE NOT NORMAL RATE. this is MA...

Man there is no way the unarmed security guy in my neighborhood makes less then $25 per hour. The prices you stated seem more reasonable but maybe thats just cus im in the west coast? Delivery driver min wage just went to $20 hr.
