Another great vid! Bad footwork I think is the most common mistake. I know I made that mistake in the past, but after learning the proper footwork, I realised that the base of every good shot is a good position, which is what you'll get if you have good footwork. You may hit the shuttle with your racket which is in your hand, but your feet move significantly more.

Good advice as always. Not been playing for while as dreaded mental health issues. Also injury to playing partner. 😢. But it is a sport that is great to help forget issues and have fun . You guys are brill at promoting badminton . In my opinion it should be shown on more tv rather than just yiu tube etc. Keep up good wrk and keep trying in them matches. One day you will get there.

Thx for the tips! Also, can you do a vid of the rally/game rules. Like serving and outsides? I just see my opponent, throwing the shuttle upwards and then smashing it, it feels like it's wrong to do that in badminton.
