Sax player here - Quagmire’s tone is noticeably worse; it’s much more shrill and comparatively uncontrolled. I think it’s funny that they make it sort of obvious that he’s still a little out of his element and just trying to show off without the serious qualification. Also he’s got worse rhythm/time and articulation. And of course he completely butchers the dynamics as well when he takes the horn 😂
