What beer do you have in your fermenter?

I purchased two stainless steel fermenters, one from Anvil and the other from Delta. Both are similar to the one you showed. The Delta stands on three stainless steel legs, and it has two valves, one for dispensing the beer and the other for removing the trub, a ball lock valve which was very difficult to open and shut. The Anvil has a simpler design, no trub valve, and it stands on a black plastic base. Both are 4 gallon fermenters because I never brew more than 2.5 gallons, and because I wanted fermenters that could fit into my freezer during fermentation.

Hey just wondering. How does the bottom stay on the fermenter? The old model never did that. Thanks for the info!

Really useful video. Can you show /explain how you connected the gas line to the fermenter, what connection did you use and fix it in place?

I have the same fermenter. I love this thing, it's great for brewing small batches. It's so easy to clean & sanitize. I'm thinking about buying another one. ( If I can convince my wife that I need it to improve the quality of my IPA's.) Lol.
