The small difference is you can say "you must have to", but you can't say "you have to must". 😂😂😂

Must is personal, internal obligation for societal norms, rules, etc. Have to denotes external obligation, not us but others necessitate or impose things on us.
I must pee but can hold it.
I have to pee, there is not any other alternative other than that I need to find a water closet, toilet
