8-year-old Chloe Grimes is battling cancer for the 2nd time. She threw out the first pitch before yesterday's game to her favorite player, Brett Phillips, and was being interviewed on the broadcast while Phillips hit a home run! Finally, Brett breaks down the emotions of meeting with her yesterday.
