For the first time in a code I had to give dextrose because the sugar was low, y’all I open that stuff up, and was very confused. Most likely I took off the green part over the needle. So the needle was exposed. I was mortified. I’m a season nurse, so I should’ve known better but I just ask for another one. Someone figured it out and handed it to me
