My favourite thing about your systems based approach to Notion is that there are always improvements that you can make by tinkering. I'd love to learn a bit more about how you use calendars for your projects. I've tried in a few ways, but I often feel like it's an additional action that doesn't link very obviously - so think I'm missing something!

Hi Marie!! It's always so nice to check every new video and glimpse of your cool setup, I was wondering if you could give me a few orientating tips on the whole sharing a workspace with Ben... I've been thinking of implementing something like that with my partner for similar purposes, mainly finances and household stuff but I'm completely new to the whole sharing inside of Notion as I've only used it for personal or individual scenarios so far... do both of you share the same workspace? (if so how do private pages work within that setup?) do you share specific pages with links? do you need to have an special Notion plan for this kind of combined use cases? also is there any Notion Office Hours where you tackle this so I can be redirected and hopefully get clear on this? thank you so very much in advance!! :heart

Using your weekend dashboard. Thanks for creating, it's fantastic. Had some questions wondering if you could shed some light.

1. Reoccurring items in Household / once you click "done" in status then what happens? Does it just go to done or does it automatically repeat on a weekly basis? I'm asking questions for items like "do laundry" which is a reoccuring item that has "done" attributes as well.

2. In "Projects" you have a "target date" and "date" how do you use each?

Hi @MariePoulin can you clarify - do you have a fully separate Notion account to manage personal/household taks or is this just a shared workspace in your sidebar where all your business stuff lives as well that only you and your partner have access to?
