I've just been promoted to become a Project Manager myself and that has been a crazy journey for me, I always thought I was uber organized and always trying to find ways to be efficient and optimize my productivity. Also been inspired to dabble in some content creation myself at some point . . . but Notion is sooo overwhelming 😅 even though you are so informative and I think the best Notion advocator I've seen on youtube :)

Omg wow I am blown away! Thanks so much for making this video! I am a UX designer who also does content creation and has ADHD with tons of things going on in my life. Last year I was using Google sheets for my weekly/monthly tasks because learning Notion felt too overwhelming on top of everything else I was doing but I've seen a lot of other designers using it and felt this was the year to get it together and set up a system in Notion. I've spent the past few days watching tutorials on YouTube and while a lot of them are great they are mainly cutesy and Kawaii and while I appreciate the nice aesthetics I was also looking for something in a tutorial that addresses more of the functionality and organization of it all as I have a lot going on to figure out how to get it all in there in a way that is comprehensive yet not overwhelming while on top of that of course still being aesthetic. You addressed every single thing I was looking for in terms of getting it all organized and functional in a way thats easy to use. Makes perfect sense that you're a project manager. This is the best Notion video I've seen. Thanks again for making such a good video really solid and well done!

The only question I have is after the year ends do you duplicate it and start a fresh one with the new goals and such?

I have just started using notion and looking around ideas for a good simple and functional yet aesthetic dashboard. I think yours fit the bill since I am not planning on making a today page or even a separate page for the week. I will be copying a good bit of it 😅. I am hoping I can use this on a day to day basis while I build my databases. I would be very interested in a more detailed video on how you’ve set up your recurring tasks.😊 Thanks for the video. Really love your setup! I am an intermediate user of Notion, so some things seem difficult to me yet, but I will try to create something inspired by yours. Would buy the template, but as I'm from a third world country, it's a litte expensive for me (I'm not saying it's not worth it, I know it does, but I have to multiply by 6, unfortunately). So I am very grateful for these videos, I'm learning a lot! They are very helpful and also inspiring. I definitely need to use a system like this so I can be more productive and organized. wow! what a clean, compact and well put together dashboard that combines everything you would need without looking overwhelming. for some reason i have similar information spread out across a few pages instead of one and it's not nearly as functional. this is such a smart way of combining everything. i will be using some of these ideas!

You mentioned a video for your Experiences dashboard (with the crafting corner, library, etc.), but I couldn't find it in the description or in your video list. Is it by chance unlisted somewhere? Would LOVE to see it! Notion girlie here, currently thinking through how to integrate my productivity dash with the other areas of my life (specifically those!).
